Order Cancellation

 

We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If your order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

 

Returns (if applicable)

 

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item. Do not send items back to the manufacturer. Customers only need to pay for return shipping once (including return shipping costs); there are no handling fees for returns.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

We will notify you by email after receiving and inspecting your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps but still have not received your refund, please contact us.
