User Account
For safety and security purposes, each customer is permitted to create only one registered account by default. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any additional accounts created by the same customer without prior notice.
In compliance with international customs regulations, customers must provide valid, accurate, and complete personal and shipping information, including the consignee’s full name, detailed address, and payer information. For shipments to certain countries or regions, customs authorities may require the consignee to submit a copy of their ID card, passport, or other identification documents for clearance or payment verification. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to ASHjersey. Should any incorrect or incomplete information lead to shipment delays, failed deliveries, or customs clearance issues, ASHjersey shall not be held liable and will not provide compensation for any resulting losses.

Ordering
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on the Site. However, occasional errors may occur due to system updates, inventory fluctuations, or human factors. In such cases, ASHjersey reserves the right to decline your order. We will contact you promptly to explain the issue and present a corrected offer if applicable. Please note that all product information on the Site is an invitation to treat, not a confirmed offer for sale. A binding contract between you and KDjersey shall only be formed upon the successful dispatch of your ordered goods.
Due to high product demand or supply chain constraints, ASHjersey may impose purchase quantity limits on certain items to ensure fair access for all customers. We reserve the right to adjust available purchase quantities at any time, even after you have placed your order. If your order is affected by a quantity adjustment, our customer service team will notify you immediately to discuss alternative solutions, such as partial fulfillment or a full refund.
Upon order dispatch, the shipment will be entrusted to a third-party logistics provider. From this point onward, the buyer assumes full ownership of the products, along with all associated liabilities and risks during transportation, including but not limited to loss, damage, or delay in transit. ASHjersey will provide the tracking number for your reference but shall not be held responsible for any issues arising during the delivery process.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer service team via email or the dedicated support hotline. Once an order has been handed over to the logistics provider (i.e., marked as "dispatched" in your account), it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
